CBSE RELEASES DATES FOR CLASS 10, CLASS 12 BOARD EXAMINATIONS; CLICK HERE FOR DETAILS

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the dates for the Class 10 and Class 12 board examinations in 2019. Class 12 board exams will be conducted from February 15 to April 3 and Class 10 board exams from February 21 to March 29.

The datasheet has been released seven days prior to the commencement of exams to give students sufficient time between consecutive papers.

The Board has made it clear that the exam dates have been fixed in a way that it doesn't coincide with the dates of competitive exams. Last year, the Board had to reschedule the Class 12 physics paper because it clashed with the JEE Main exam date.

The timings for the exam will be from 10.30 am to 1.30 pm. As per the rules, the students will be given answer sheets at 10 am and the question papers will be handed to them at 10:15 am. Exams for core academic subjects will begin in March.

According to CBSE officials, the results will be declared in June.
