Vijayakanth's
Perarasu will be released
on Deepavali

After
much speculation about
whether the film will
be released or not,
we have confirmed
reports that Perarasu
will indeed release
on Deepavali. In one
important scene, veteran
Sarathbabu was to
narrate a flashback.
But, he left for the
US on Saturday and would
be back only after Deepavali.
Hence, the director
changed the scene and
the flashback would
appear as a voiceover
narration. Once this
sequence is through,
the film would be complete
and get ready for release
after post production.
