While presenting the state budget, Finance Minister of Tamil Nadu O Panneerselvam said that Rs 26 crore will be allocated by the government for the renovation of Presidency college and Queen Mary’s college. The opposition party boycotted the assembly saying that the Tamil Nadu government has delayed the process of forming the Cauvery Management Board.
