On the day when the state budget is being presented, the members of DMK walked out of the assembly to express their opposition in Tamil Nadu government’s delay in forming a Cauvery Management Board. Notably, they wore black to express their disappointment on the government for not strongly pressurising centre in the Cauvery Management Board.
