Virat Kohli turns vegan, avoids eating meat and dairy products

According to reports, Indian Skipper Virat Kohli turned vegan joining top athletes like Serena Williams and F1 champion Lewis Hamilton.


Kohli reportedly took up a vegetarian diet four months back and avoids eating meat, eggs and dairy products. According to a source reported by TOI, "Two years ago, when he was on a normal diet, he had said that he would go vegan if given a choice. He is now feeling stronger than before."


Kohli is a fitness icon for all youths. The man spends two sessions and four hours in the gym during off seasons and at least one and a half hours every day. On a show, Kohli recently admitted that it had been years since he had butter chicken and naan.
