Following the death of Sridevi in Dubai, BJP leader Subramanian Swamy alleged that the actress was murdered. He further said that, if this had happened in India he’d have able to access information but it happened in another country. “She never touched hard drinks. She must’ve been force-fed alcohol. Secondly, she cannot have died in a bathtub unless someone forcefully pushed her,” he said. He sought re-investigation in the case.
