Ghajini was dubbed in Telugu and has had a superb run so far. It has created record in collections. Chiranjeevi who saw the film was so impressed that he called up Surya to congratulate him and invited him for dinner. Surya accepted and landed in Hyderabad.

Chiranjeevi received him warmly and treated him to a sumptuous feast. The two spoke at length about cinema well into midnight. Surya is so elated about the gracious behavior of a veteran like Chiranjeevi. It is worth reminding that Chiru had done a similar thing after watching Anniyan.
