Nasser has been through harrowing time recently. He went to Dharmapuri for the shooting of Acharya, in which Vignesh is the lead. He had been staying in a hotel. One night a burglar entered his room and made away with Nasser’s belongings.

Nasser shouted for help to physically overpower the thief but the intruder gave the slip. When Nasser reached the nearest police station to lodge a complaint, he was casually told that such incidents were quite common in the area and that he should have been more careful. Nasser returned a vexed man.
