Vijay Sethupathi is a no nonsense man

An accountant from Dubai comes to Chennai in the pursuit of becoming an actor and now, though with the same first name being shared with another big hero, Vijay Sethupathi has found a place for himself to righteously rest and enjoy. From my observations over a period of time, actors on a learning curve tend to work on their strengths and take up projects that'll give maximum return keeping the experimentation aside. But Vijay Sethupathi has made a fair share of gambles by trying out a variety of films in the early start of his career. With a desirable, Dravidian look and a sparkling off-screen persona, Vijay Sethupathi is a no-nonsense man with a lot of clarity.

Your respect for a non-film personality lacks glamour and you don't talk about them openly as much as the love for a film based individual that you'll flaunt with posts in online social media. So my admiration for Vijay Sethupathi is going to be evident and fairly unbiased. When an actor earns patriots in the name of fans and fanatics, he/she might subconsciously select projects catering to the specific group. An actor is made to fit the role, whereas for heroes, the roles get written for certain kind of attributes he possesses. Vijay Sethupathi can actually be that one star who can make it a habit to surprise his fellow followers with unpredictable acts on screen.

Before describing the known facts about the recently released action-drama Sethupathi starring Vijay Sethupathi, let's consciously analyze Vijay Sethupathi's ability to create a degree of performance by shouldering all his films. Be it the career changing Pizza or NKPK or Soodhu Kavvum, Vijay Sethupathi made the most of the tide and further elevated himself with a combination of duds and commendable projects. When Tamil cinema's correlation with cop stories span over a generation, Vijay Sethupathi manages to pull off a policeman role with no damage. From Sivaji Ganesan to Rajinikanth to Atharva, every hero intends to don the khaki at least once in their lifetime while stalwarts like Vijaykanth and Arjun have done it successfully quite a lot of times.

A levelheaded individual with equal love for his family and also the stars on his shoulders, Vijay Sethupathi has carefully picked up a story that doesn't prioritize the customary stereotyping of police officers in films. Twitching of the mustache to giving it back to the villain in style, Vijay Sethupathi has worked on his advantages. The versatile performer also scores in comedy and his power to look intimidating while encountering a baddie breaks cliches. Vijay Sethupathi's sluggish walk (if you noticed) brought in a different flavor to the already seen characters. He under-prepares for a role, listens to the director and does impromptu improvisations adding a whole new edge differing from others.

Vijay Sethupathi is an average dancer and hasn't tried heavy makeup till date, except for Soodhu Kavvum and Orange Mittai. He has limitations, but his existing skill sets are so strong and his uniqueness gets massively appreciated. Playing a cop on screen is as dangerous as trying something artistic. It either wins or comes under strong criticism. Vijay Sethpathi's acting in Sethupathi belonged to a standard that deserves praise. A loving father, a fearless police and of course the romantic husband, Vijay Sethupathi showed variety and commitment. If all of this continues, Vijay Sethupathi is sure to stay here for a long long time and scale greater heights.
