Viduthalai Chiruthaigal Katchi chief Thol Thirumavalan on Tuesday came up with a strong reaction after BJP national secretary H Raja made a controversial post in Facebook on Periyar. Referring to the vandalism of Lenin’s statue in Tripura, H Raja said Periyar statue in Tamil Nadu will attain the same fate. The VCK chief said, “That’s never going to happen. There’s no chance even if his forefathers make an attempt.”
