Ashwin Mishra, an unemployed youth from Amethi, Uttar Pradesh, has written to Smriti Irani asking her to appeal to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, to help him start a Pakoda stall. The youth also took a sarcastic jibe at the PM saying that Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana, initiated to provide loans by the BJP-led government was a farce. "A lot of banks have refused help under the scheme," he cited in his letter.
