Tirunelveli District Court judge Hemant Kumar has reportedly issued an arrest warrant against Ramakrishnan, the Deputy Superintendent of Police for Thirumangalam area in Madurai district. The warrant has been issued as Ramakrishnan did not appear in court for hearing in connection with a murder case when he was the Police Inspector in Melapalayam area of Tirunelveli.
