MAN MASTURBATES NEXT TO STUDENT INSIDE BUS; COMMUTERS STAY MUTE SPECTATORS

In a shameful incident, a man allegedly masturbated in front of a student, sitting inside a bus in Delhi. What is even more appalling is that the other passengers decided to remain mute spectators to the incident, the student claimed.

According to the girl's statement, she was sitting on the seat reserved for ladies when a man came in front of her and started exposing and fondling himself. The victim started crying and appealed for help. However, no one came forward, following which she beat up the accused herself and informed the police.

When no one decided to help, the woman dragged the man from the bus and handed over to police. The matter is currently under investigation.
