The Maharashtra government has reportedly ordered an inquiry into the alleged strip-search of class XII girls by two women security guards at an exam centre in Pune, say reports. The guards of Vishwashanti Gurukul in Loni Kalbhor village allegedly asked the girls to remove their clothes to check if they were hiding materials to cheat in the exam. The local police on Saturday filed a case against the two women for sexual harassment and under provisions of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.
