An earthquake of magnitude of 6.1 on the Richter Scale struck Indonesia. The earthquake reportedly has a depth of 11.9 kilometers. An official of Indonesia's Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) was quoted as saying, "The earthquake does not have tsunami potential. I am still gathering more information regarding damages and casualties."
