Hindu Makkal Party leader Arjun Sampath on Sunday made a request to the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu to ban Valentine's day. He said, “This whole idea of Valentine’s day is against the culture of Hinduism. It can be celebrated in foreign countries but not in India. I request the CM to ban the celebrations on this day.”
