On Saturday, the refurbished coach of the Chennai to Mysore Shatabdi Express was launched. According to reports, the coach had its interiors covered in vinyl, provided LED lights for reading and Braille signs for seat numbers. The coach was also provided with Wi-Fi for the passengers to use and had four CCTV cameras at both the entrances for security. Under the Swarn project, 27 more coaches of Shatbdi Express will be upgraded soon.
