FAKE IFS OFFICER NABBED IN CHENNAI

According to reports, a fake IFS officer, who cheated a small scale businessman, of more than Rs 2 lakh was detained by the cops on Sunday. One Gokulakrishna Hari approached a small scale businessman - Iman in Purasaivakkam, introduced himself as an IFS officer and promised a job for his wife’s brother overseas and demanded Rs 2 lakh. The businessman handed over the money to the accused, after which he reportedly absconded. Following a complaint made by the businessman, police launched a hunt and nabbed him.
