Air India and Air Vistara flights flying in opposite direction over Mumbai airspace with over 150 passengers on board reportedly averted a mid-air collision by seconds when the flights were 100 ft apart. According to TOI reports, the incident took place on February 7 and the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) grounded two pilots of Air Vistara.
