According to a Deccan Chronicle report, at a wedding reception held in Golkonda Spa and resorts in Hyderabad, a guest reportedly complained of live cockroaches found in the food served for dinner. However, the hotel denied these as ‘false’ allegations and claimed they were being made to get compensation. Following this complaint, food security officials visited the hotel and observed that all hygiene requirements as per law were being followed by the hotel.
