An ICF employee who is also the general secretary of Southern Railway OBC Employee Welfare Association was reportedly murdered at his residence in Villivakkam on Friday. Reports say, two persons surrendered in relation to the murder. Police investigations revealed that one of the murderers was a former driver of the victim and he planned and executed the murder due to enmity over a monetary dispute.
