Tamil Nadu Deputy Chief Minister O Panneerselvam has responded to BJP leader Subramanian Swamy’s remark that the state will never get Cauvery water, but it can desalinate the seawater and use it. O Panneerselvam reportedly said that Tamil Nadu has a right over Cauvery water according to the historical verdict by the Cauvery Management Board. He reportedly added that the BJP leader should explain why he said that the state will never get Cauvery water.
