CHENNAI: 13 ARRESTED FOR BEATING A MAN TO DEATH

According to reports, Tiruvallur police on Friday arrested 13 people a day after a mentally unstable man was beaten to death suspecting him to be a child-lifter. The man’s body was hung in Palaverkadu bridge. The accused belong to Arangam Kuppam, Light House Kuppam, Sembasi Pallikuppam and other villages.
Meanwhile, two men were arrested in case relating to the death of a mentally unstable woman, who was also suspected to be a child trafficker.
