IPL 2018: RCB loses the nail-biting match against SRH.

Royal Challengers Bangalore skipper Virat Kohli won the toss and chose to bowl. Sunrisers Hyderabad played to first innings and scored a total of 146 runs in 20 overs after losing 9 wickets. Skipper Kane Williamson’s 59 off 39 balls led the team to a decent total. While the team continued to lose wickets in equal intervals, Williamson and all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan came to the rescue by building a partnership.

RCB opened the second innings with opener Parthiv Patel’s boundaries. Captain Virat Kohli (39 off 30 balls) was dismissed by Shakib. While the top order collapsed, Mandeep Singh and Colin de Grandhomme attempted to rescue the team. The team needed 12 runs in the final over. However, SRH’s star bowler Bhuvneshwar Kumar restricted RCB by giving just 7 runs. SRH won the match by 5 runs.
