Rajasthan - Youth lynched for fishing near temple

In a shocking incident in Rajasthan, a 22-year-old man was lynched for fishing near a temple. The incident took place last week and the man had to be admitted to the hospital. The man reportedly succumbed to his injuries on September 22.

Azhar Khan was beaten up on September 17 in Chittorgarh’s Kheri village for fishing and dirtying near a temple. Azhar had gone along with three other men who managed to escape. Azhar was caught and beaten with bamboo sticks.

He was taken to the hospital but his condition only worsened. Azhar's uncle reportedly filed a complaint with the police who have registered a case of murder against the unidentified men.
