Why not have Twitter account, Raghuram Rajan explains

Former Reserve Bank of India governor Raghuram Rajan on Friday explained why he is still not on micro-blogging site Twitter. Stating that he doesn’t have time and doesn’t make a constant presence, Rajan reportedly said, “I certainly don’t have the ability to think quickly and respond in 20-30 seconds in a 140-character tweet.” Rajan was among the keynote speakers at the #future digital summit organised with the support of the Kerala government on Friday.
