ARIMA NAMBI SONGS REVIEW

A prog-rock inspired composition featuring a fantastic low end pairing up for a rollicking groove. The song, in typical prog-rock fashion, segues between soft and loud sections that's well controlled by the singers, and finishes on a high with a fiery guitar solo over the galloping rhythm.

Besides weaving a largely admirable melody, Sivamani proceeds to decorate it extensively with a lot of involved orchestration. The tasteful composition is absolutely unrushed, giving Javed Ali’s crisp vocals the opportunity to lead from the front.

Classy Flamenco guitars drive a middle-eastern melody but the manner in which Sivamani incorporates his feast of percussions is quite seamless and tactful. Rita’s vocal performance is strong, while keeping the sensuality in check.

A gorgeous melody where Sivamani ingeniously employs water splashes as part of his rhythm section. The tune is dressed down with gorgeous strings and feathery piano strokes that matches beautifully with the charming voice of Shreya Ghoshal.

A pulsating drum line sets the tone for a theme that steadily builds up the excitement levels which peaks when the Greogrian chorus kicks in.
