Sruthi
- Kamal’s daughter is currently
busy studying music in the US. She
recently opened up to a Tamil tabloid
on topics such as her relationship
with father Kamal and life in the
US.
I found it tough to accustom myself
with the food habits in the US during
my initial days.
Having used to South Indian delicacies such
as Sambar, Idli, Rasam, and steamed rice, I
had a hard time getting used to burgers and
hot dogs, Sruthi was quoted as saying.
While consuming junk food has become fashionable
these days, here is someone from the younger
generation who raises a toast for Sambar and
Idli.
Sruthi has bagged a contract from a renowned
American music company and has finished recording
five songs for her debut album. Videos are yet
to be made, she stated. I am proud that I received
this contract without any backing from my father,
she added.
