The blockbuster film Subramaniapuram
will be available in DVD and VCD
formats from today onwards (May
21, 2009). This was announced by
Moser Baer Home Entertainment. Sasikumar,
the director of the film, who also
played a prominent role in it, released
the videos. Director-actor Samudrakani
was also present during the occasion.
Subramaniapuram, which hit the screens
in the year 2008, was a great box
office success. While the VCDs are
priced at Rs. 40, the DVDs would
cost Rs. 50. Moser Baer expects
the sales of the DVDs and VCDs to
cross over one lakhs soon.
