A Hindi film, based on
the Sania-Shoaib marriage, is in the offing.
P Girak is producing this film which will
be directed by Jai Prakash. Amar Upadhyay
and Tefina Bannerjee will play the lead roles
in this film which has been titled Hyderabadi
Daamad.
When Sania came to know about this, she is
reported to have opined that the media’s
version of her marriage is very different
from what it was in reality. She added that
there would be little truth in the film.
It may be recalled that Sania Mirza was initially
engaged to Sohrab Mirza but she broke the
engagement to tie the knot with the Pakistani
cricketer Shoaib Malik who was also in the
thick of controversy when the Hyderabad-based
Ayesha claimed that he was married to her.
