With
his other movie, Godfather not seeing
the light of the tunnel, Thirupathi gained
that much expectation. With AVM busy with
shooting schedule of Sivaji, there were
little discussions going on about Thirupathi.
But once Shankar took over Sivaji completely,
AVM production team found more time in
their hands. This led to them scrutinizing
Thirupathi’s storyline. To their
surprise, the team found out that the
movie was lagging in the story department.
They have now asked Perarusu to work on
the story and come up with a better output.
In
the mean time, Perarusu has been booked
for again a Vijay movie. He is said to
be given one crore for the movie, out
of which certain amount has already been
given as the advance. Karna, an overseas
distributor is said to be the producer.
Vijay who has been having discussions
with Duet pictures of Prakashraj and with
Prabhudeva for a movie after Puli seems
to have finally settled with Perarusu
again. Hope this one is not Thirupachi-III.
