Padmapriya, the talented actress of Thavamaai Thavamirindhu, has earned a name for herself as a good actress with variety of emotions. She did manage the different stages of her role: college girl, married life and motherhood with poise and elegance. She is six movies old and has acted with both the superstars of Malayalam; Mammooty and Mohanlal.

“When you act in your mother tongue, it makes lot of difference. Your are comfortable with the dialogue delivery and can improvise a lot”, says the actress. When asked about her favorite scene in the movie, straight comes the answer, “My wedding scene when Cheran ties the scared thread around my neck in a ramshackle room. That really moved me”
