Aathi’s mistake, a lesson learnt?
January 11, 2006

Lanky, haggard but with fire in their eyes, they knock at production offices in Kodambakkam for a break but in vain. Poor guys, they wait, wait and even run errands for the middlemen to meet a producer or a director just to tell a story to them. These are the wannabe directors but Kodambakkam treats them shabbily.

Vijay and Trisha

However, producers and directors, beware. S A Chandrasekhara bought the story of Atthanokkade for his Aadhi from the telugu for 60 lakhs. Guess where the telugu producer got the story from? A wannabe assistant director from Kodambakkam at just 30 lakhs. What if he had given a break to this assistant directors?
