Oscar Ravichandran tried his best to sell Anniyan rights to Bollywood, but there were no takers. Once bitten, twice shy? Earlier, the Bollywood version of Shankar’s Mudhalvan (Nayak) had performed miserably at the box-office. However, Ravichandran thinks otherwise.

He’s pressing hard for a Hindi remake of Anniyan and if no one is willing to come forward, he will dub Anniyan into Hindi and sell it. If he does, it will be an advantage to Vikram. He can get to know his drawing power in Hindi.
