R S Manohar, the notorious villain of
yester year tamil movies, died early on
Tuesday following a cardiac arrest.
The
actor was 81 and is survived by his wife.
Several film personalities and politicians
paid their last respects. Manohar had
acted in about 300 movies. A stage pioneer,
his dramas like Sukrachariar, Indrajit
and Maveeran are even now remembered.
