Earlier today a massive title for Venkat Prabhu's next with Simbu was revealed and the fans are pumped more than ever. The film is titled Maanaadu and as reported earlier, it will be a political film. Rumor has it that Simbu will soon make a striking entry into politics post this film. Wait no more, the star has now shared a video expressing his happiness over collaborating with director VP for the first time and clarifies about his political entry. 

"I feel extremely happy to collaborate with Venkat Prabhu and I am so glad that all of you love the title. We've always wanted to make a film together but never got around due to other commitments. The time has finally come now and the whole idea seemed very exciting to me so, I hope you all like it too.

It is true that the film will have a political touch in it, this is not because I want to enter politics or anything of that sort. I have no such idea and it is not necessary for me as well. It will address an important issue in the film and that's all there is to it." clarified Simbu
