Superstar Rajinikanth shares his views on the Cauvery verdict

The disappointing news for Tamil Nadu that came in this morning is regarding the Cauvery verdict. The decision from the court that Tamil Nadu will be receiving as low as 177.25 TMC of Cauvery water and that Karnataka will get an additional 14.75 TMC of this water, seems like a decision that will adversely affect our farmers. Following this decision, Rajinikanth took to Twitter and posted:

Roughly translated as: “The decision that has come in from the court regarding the Cauvery verdict will have an adverse effect on the farmers and those who depend on agriculture throughout our state Tamil Nadu. I hope the Tamil Nadu Government applies for a revised verdict regarding this decision, for the betterment of our state. The Government has to take steps immediately in order to get this revised verdict. ”
