Social media has gone abuzz after pictures of summons issued to a person who had died in Thoothukudi firing surfaced on internet platforms.
Family members of 42-year-old Gladston were truly shocked when they received a summons meant for him to appear before a panel constituted to probe the firing.
Many netizens have slammed the panel for being insensitive to send summons to a dead person.
