Some places in southern Tamil Nadu, Pudukkottai and delta districts may receive heavy rains, S Balachandran, director of Regional Meteorological Centre, Chennai, reportedly said. Tamil Nadu will continue to receive rains for the next two days, he said. Southern Tamil Nadu and northern coastal districts may receive mild showers for the next two days, he reportedly added. Further, he noted that Chennai will receive slight rains.
