The IPS officer, who was caught copying in UPSC Civil Services (Main) exam in Chennai on Monday, was a top scorer in UPSC’s ethics exam conducted in 2014, say media reports. Safeer Karim, an electronics engineering graduate took up civil service exam coaching classes in New Delhi, though he scored high in CAT exam. Reportedly, his wife helped him to copy in the UPSC Civil Services (Main) exam in Chennai held on Monday.
