A drunken father, who was carrying a 17-day-old baby in his hand reportedly thrashed his 4-year-old daughter, who reportedly said that she was hungry. Seeing the father’s aggressiveness, people reportedly suspected him to be a kidnapper and took the children, fed them with milk and biscuits. Later, when the police arrived, the children's’ mother was called and the kids were handed over to her.
