To discuss Supreme Court’s verdict on Cauvery water, an all-party meeting will be conducted at the Namakkal Kavignar Maligai on Thursday. Only registered parties were invited to take part in this meeting. Two members of each party and one representative from each of farmers’ association will be participating. AIADMK, DMK, Congress, BJP, CPI(M), VCK, IUML and Naam Tamilar Katchi are the major parties to take part.
