Chennai Metrowater Supply and Sewage Board has reportedly sealed Deensha Complex, a four-storeyed building in Purasawalkam on February 1 for defaulting on water tax and water charge for the past decade. A two-storeyed commercial complex in Erukkanchery, North Chennai was also sealed for having tax arrears of Rs.59,000.
