AMBANIS FLY TO CHENNAI TO MEET DMK LEADER STALIN; HERE'S WHY

On Monday evening, Reliance chairman Mukesh Ambani and his wife Nita flew down to Chennai to meet DMK Leader MK Stalin. Reportedly, the two visited Stalin to invite him to their son, Akash's wedding.

Akash is getting wedded to Shloka Mehta, the event of which is expected to be held next month. The two got engaged in July last year after Akash proposed to Shloka in Goa in the presence of their family members. Reportedly, the two visited Mumbai's Siddhivinayak temple to offer the first invitation card after which they flew down to Chennai.

The Ambanis arrival was confirmed by Stalin, who wrote, "It was a pleasure to receive a courtesy call from Thiru Mukesh Ambani, Chairman Reliance Industries Limited, in Chennai earlier this evening," on his Twitter page.
