Here's why Aasife Biriyani hotel owner was arrested

Ahmed Choudhary, owner of Aasife Biriyani chain of hotels was reportedly arrested for allegedly cheating Kothandaraman, a financier. Reportedly, the financier lent Rs. 5.70 crore to Ahmed's second wife for the expansion of business in 2014. The couple allegedly tried to forge the financier with a fake cheque. When Kothandaraman found it, he reportedly filed a case this August. Upon investigation, it was reportedly found that Ahmed and his wife tried to murder Kothandaraman. The owner, who was allegedly absconding has been arrested.
