India sets Guinness World Record by cooking this famous dish

India set a Guinness World Record by cooking 918kgs of Khichdi at the global food event organised by the government in Delhi on Saturday. Reports say, the minimum requirement to create a world record was 500kg. A team of 50 people reportedly led by chef Sanjeev Kapoor, however, cooked the dish which weighed over 800kgs.
