Two members of the family that set themselves on fire reportedly died. The other two are undergoing treatment in Tirunelveli after suffering 70% burn injuries. They reportedly took this decision as they were forced by a money lender to pay Rs 2.34 lakhs including interest for a debt of Rs 1.45 lakhs. The 33-year-old mother and one of her daughters reportedly passed away.
