A mentally-ill homeless woman was reportedly raped in broad daylight by a drunken man while people walked past them and ignored the incident. The incident reportedly took place near a railway station in Vishakapatnam; an auto driver took a video of the incident and reported it to the police. The accused has been identified as 20-year-old Ganji Shiva, who was arrested by the police on Sunday evening.
