Delhi police reportedly arrested Kunal, a serial car thief who has stolen more than 500 vehicles and underwent plastic surgery to evade cops. Kunal began stealing cars in 1997 and he changed his identity from Tanuj to Kunal in 2012. During the interrogation on Sunday, he reportedly confessed that he has stolen more than 100 cars since February 2017. Following the arrest, the DCP of South East Delhi tweeted
