Salute to India: Pakistani sisters after getting released from Indian jail

Two sisters who were arrested in Punjab along with their mother in 2006 for smuggling narcotics into India were reportedly released on Thursday. Their mother passed away in prison in 2008. One of the women gave birth to her daughter in prison, who is now 11 years old. The sisters reportedly expressed their interest to visit golden temple before they left India. The sisters reportedly thanked the Prime Minister Narendra Modi for taking effort for their release and said they saluted India. They were reportedly fined Rs 2 lakh each.
